feat(bcn01-lab): assign ports 11/12 on sw01 and enable DHCP on MANAGEMENT VLAN

- Port 11 → VLAN 109 (MANAGEMENT), access, Open
- Port 12 → VLAN 110 (SERVERS), access, Open
- VLAN 109 DHCP enabled with static reserved range 10.2.55.1–10.2.55.49
